I really like this one - it looks like a piece of mid-century furniture. Like the Eames Chair of high-rise buildings.

Not so taken on the 'car in the apartment' thing - yes it works well with a gullwing Merc but my '99 Honda would look pretty crap sitting next to my kitchen. Don't get me wrong - I like my car, I just don't want it in my house.

I would say that anyone with $2.5million to spend on an apartment would have a pretty swanky car to go in the garage - but then Warren Buffet has a liking for hail damaged cars which he drives around for years until his daughter is too embarrassed to be seen out in one.

I also wonder what sort of fire proofing would be needed around the garage? Although rare, it's not unheard of for cars to spontaneously combust due to electrical faults etc.

Other than that this one gets the Llessur2002 seal of approval.

Prove me wrong but i don't ever see this going ahead, not for 2.5 million per apartment, it takes Adelaide how long to sell one penthouse, let alone 11.

Apartments next door at 133 South Terrace have sold close to the 2.5M mark. And these are not newly built apartments either. My uncle bought one. Check Realestate.com.au.
