Holy shit. Melbourne is going to have one hell of a skyline once all's built and done. Truly amazing.

I've made a simulated 360 panorama from different heights (150m, 300m,450m and 1500m) over Victoria Square showing recently built, under construction and approved buildings in the CBD.
The 3D city model of Adelaide used as a basemap is from July 2016

Here is a screenshot of the 3D model from a different angle.

Thanks Fabrice that's excellent. Could include GPO Tower, New Uni Adelaide building and Echelon too in the next iteration. Is that the old New Mayfield site down the southern end near Vue or a newly proposed construction?

Will do.

the old New Mayfield site development comes from this fact sheet http://dpti.sa.gov.au/sa-planning-porta ... yfield.pdf

Yes it got to construction stage and the builder went broke. Block has since been resold but remains undeveloped and I'm not aware of any new proposals at this stage, unless someone else has heard something?

It does look good. Another to add would be the Calvary Hospital on the corner of Angus & Pulteney.

Looks good. The other big ones missing are the 2 Echelon towers on King William :)

Also missing is the 195m tall tower on Flinders and Pulteney and the 140m 51 Pirie Street hotel tower and the 110m tall tower at 185 Victoria Square, and the 100m tall 20 Flinders Street (Pilgrim Church) tower and the 108m Festival Plaza office tower.

Amazing work otherwise!

I think they should keep it to projects that have already been lodged and approved. And 51 Pirie Street was dead from memory.

So is 20 Flinders (Unless Shuz knows something we don't)

20 Flinders Street has been dead for ages, 51 Pirie Street hasn't had any activity in ages (and besides, it was never confirmed at 140m is was a variable 115-150m development), the 195m Flinders/Pulteney Street development hasn't even had a formal proposal released. Stop getting ahead of yourself, Shuz.

Fabrice, that's top shelf. A couple of things

1) are you able to put in a couple more heights like 200m and 250m above ground?

2) is it easy to introduce different camera positions? For example above the East End or somewhere in the West?

I was going to wait until piling commences on Realm Adelaide so I could turn it grey before posting an update, but since we've had a few new proposals and there's a little bit of interest, here's my update. I can't really compete with Fabrice's professional, realistic looking model, but my model is currently a bit more accurate with the proposals.

It's not yet at proposal stage, but obviously the most noticeable thing is that I've added in "The Building Formerly Known as DOMINATOR 1" since CDJ's updates. Also added in are the new proposals for North Terrace, Gray Street and Kodo Stage 2. The GPO tower has switched from cyan to grey as it is now under construction with piling starting. 265 South Terrace is now complete and so it's now purple. I've improved some of the building models (such as Vue and Optus) and added in some of the Riverbank buildings. That's still a bit of a work-in-progress, as I think there's some high rises on the old RAH site and Adelaide Uni that need to be put in.

I probably should have deleted Solea since it seems to be dead, and there's also a height reduction in order for Two Adelaide, but I've left it as is until a new height is confirmed.

But that's about it for now. Enjoy.

DOMINATOR 1 was actually a pretty appropriate name for this building when you view it from the south and east. It makes Realm and the Adelaidean seem tiny.
