I've walked past this several times over the past week, and find that it's looking nicer than the renders.

The glass on some of the balconies is looking pretty schmick, and the external colour scheme isn't so bad after all

I like the colour scheme of this project.The dark grey on levels 10 and 11 on the north side ( facing away from the park lands) is actually a very dark olive colour. On a bright day if you get close enough you just detect a hint of green. Attached are 2 old photographs from 25 FEB ( the day the crane came down).

The southern facade of this one is looking mighty fine...... lots and lots of glass! The top level penthouse is very impressive too.

Have to agree with the general sentiment here. This is a massive improvement aesthetically on their effort just a bit further down South Terrace. The glass balconies on the edges and the more interesting colour palette are definitely much nicer to look at.

Walked past this through the south parklands today and noticed some furniture on some of the balconies. people are starting to move in.
