How far off is Owen St from the main KWS and STH Tce corner> Good tosee Sth Tce finally rising - a great place for a line of high rise overlooking the parklands. Coming over to Adelaide next month - will have to tour all the construction sites.

This development appears to be going under the name 'Citi Terrace'. The sales office for it is located a little further up South Terrace from the intended site, in the ground floor of the recently built 'Citi Fringe' development.

South Terrace continues to thrive with proposals. Previous one resubmited. High enough to warrant own thread.

New 8 level apartment building on south terrace. Probably doesn't deserve it's own thread. I personally think South terrace should have a much higher height limit.
