Will there need to be another crane rise?

Yes there will. Even if the last core rise was the last one, by the time the form work is removed to revel the plant room, the top floor of the tower will have to be poured. At the crane's cabin current height, it will be too close to the floor pour. I'd suggest there'll be one more, probably four tower sections worth to allow decent clearance.

I agree. Can't believe it's so big considering the land it was built on never looked that big, was empty for decades and no one appeared to even want to buy/develop it. The land also sold cheap esp. compared to the prices now.
