To be fair, it's more likely to be the landlord's responsibility than the ATO's.

It's been replaced anyway. Fresh plants went up a few weeks ago.

This development has turned out massively underwhelming. I think it'll take more than plants and vines to redeem this offering.

I agree and the final colour of this is all very muted and beige/brown. The renders had it to be brighter, with variation in the facade.
