I like this a lot. From afar the design and cladding variation makes for great effect. Can't wait to see this side of the CBD further developed.

This is an absolute beast from South/West Terrace. Love this.

No doubt it has bulk, but doesn't take away from the fact that it's a pretty ugly building. The western facade is passable though.

I don't think it's ugly and it will look even better once the greenery is established.

I agree it think it adds needed height and bulkto the area. Once all greened up it should look great.

Yes there is now more greenery appearing on lower balconies. Also the footpath and the ground floor have all been cleaned up and fitted out; pictures 4/12/17.

On a side note on the weekend I drove past Adelaide's "First Green wall" at city central 8 (ATO). it is completely dead. Lets hope this is looked after to a better standard.

People really need to pay attention to their gardens or plant boxes during really hot weather. It isn't hard to spend a few minutes of your life to water the plants just so they can get through the day. My next door neighbours have been slack with watering their plants

Hopefully the plants at Bohem have a dripper system to keep them hydrated.

I hope there's something automatic too and that it won't be neglected. One of the best points about this building is the greenery.
