I checked the crane and it's still in the same position. Probably bad weather to do it today.

Crane is rising now. The way the building is laid out on site, crane segments can be delivered and held on site. There's no need for road closures for crane rises.

They removed the entire crane boom and replaced it. Not sure what is different about the new one, slightly shorter maybe.
I have a pic but can't be bothered signing up to a hosting site to post.

I asked on their Facebook page and they said that they had to shorten it slightly to meet airport regulations.
