Worth noting that the initial planned height was reduced during the DAC preliminary assessment.

Here is an official update from Bohem on their FaceBook page, props to them for this.

UPDATE | Recent construction progress includes the completion of pouring of the slab for Level 1. Level 2 slab pour is due week commencing 22 August.
Ground Floor, Level 1 & Level 2 is now completely formed up with all services installed along with all precast concrete.
The jump-form No.1 is presently at Level 3, with jump-form No.2 currently at Level 4.
We are happy to confirm that the project is running on schedule.

The site is making steady progress with work on level 3. The crane could increase in height soon to keep up with the smaller northern service core. (see Norman's aerial shot).
