I drive past this one quite often and it's turned out to be a neat little tower. I like it.

+1. I also drive past this a fair bit and IMO it's the best of the 3 that have been recently U/C along South Terrace (others being August Towers & Citi Terrace). Looking forward to seeing more pop up along South Terrace.
