Driving down Glen Osmond Road today it looked as if the back half of the site has now been cleared.

The old building at the rear of the site has been completely demolished and the site has been cleared in anticipation of construction.

Opportunity is missed by most people because it is dressed in overalls and looks like work.

With this site we have another case of the developer suddenly saying 'construction has started'
followed by some site works and then nothing at all happening.

Unfortunately this development, Palladium on Light and U2 on Waymouth are all in this category.
I can't see anything at 261 - 265 South Terrace happening for at least 6 months.

They've literally just finished demolition.... What causes you to be so negative about this one?
Walking on over....

1) At the end of June they suddenly said Construction will begin in July which is a dead give away. Why so
fast ? If serious development is going to occur they will say a few months beforehand that construction is going
to start (as has occurred with East Park and Citi Terrace apartments).

2) Nothing has happened on the site over the last few weeks.

3) In their advertising they have never said 60 - 70% sold which would normally happen
before construction.

Quit your whinging Ghs. All you do is complain.

I drove past this morning, big sticker on the front sales board with 'sold out'. Work should not be too far away then.

This is excellent. South Terrace sales are going strong.

Marshall and Brougham Builders signage up on site as of this morning. Might see some action before Christmas.

A piling rig is now parked on site. It has not dug any holes yet but this is a hopeful sign . Picture 1pm- 1/12/2015.

As Wayno mentioned a 1/2 level below ground floor is being excavated. (Sorry about the wire fencing in the picture).

Hello all, Has anyone here bought in 262? I stopped in the other day and was told further work would continue in a few weeks, though the young lady who was there did not say why the lapse...Would this be normal this time of year? Any other info would be appreciated. Thanks
