Perhaps also levels 5 & 6 (where the suspect column is ) only count as 1 level as well ?

On another note, the website says the crane will rise to 125m. So once it looks higher than Grenfell and Telstra is when it'll be getting to its end.

Not sure if there were ammendments after this, but these plans are for the 103m tower.

http://www.dac.sa.gov.au/__data/assets/ ... reet_2.pdf

Page 87. There appears to be a ground floor, then a parking floor, then floor "1". Between podium and tower proper is a level "4.5". Floors 28 and 29 appear to have taller floors. Then there's a lift overrun.

G+P+29+"floor "4.5"+ overrun = 33

I’ve just flown in via the city and Kodo makes a reasonable impact on the skyline from up there.

Please excuse the poor quality as I had to zoom in. Kodo can be seen quite clearly from this angle in St Peters. This is on Sixth Avenue. Also, the building looks taller than it is when viewed from the south up close.

Didn’t get a photo but this also looks really impressive on our skyline from the airport 👌🏻 Just need something built between this and Vue to complete the whole skyline.

You’re not confusing it with Bohem are you? Because I looked at it from the airport today and it’s core is rising directly above Bohem from that angle.

Only disappointment with this building is the Western side wall. Looks terrible at the moment driving in from the West. What is the finished product for this wall?

That concrete wall will be painted in varying shades of grey. I agree, it's a very disappointing feature of this development. The rest of the exposed concrete on the other sides of the tower should be painted too.
Walking on over....

Anyway they can plant vines to grow up it once painted? Will add more greenery to the development and a wall of nature so to speak would be stricking amongst all the concrete.

If maintained, vines or a vertical garden would be a huge improvement. The impact would look great from Vic Square. It would make the area feel less concretey.
