Hold up. Whilst this concrete cladding matches the podium renders, check the glass that is around the paneling. If the actual glass facade matches these small sections, it could be good. Looks incredibly reflective.

A lot of the yellow wrapping on the circular columns has been removed leaving just the bare concrete look . Could not stop for a picture.

First glazing applied today. Unfortunately this version with the mirrored edges is only for the lower levels. Hopefully the glazing at least stays as reflective for the upper levels.

If this is the facade proper, (which I believe it is, as there's no variation on the DA) this could be quite a striking result. With such a simple design the facade was going to be the deal maker or breaker. I'm feeling pretty confident in what I'm seeing so far.

If you look closely there's glazing between the concrete panels. I also believe this natural texture is the final finish. Looks quite striking when done well, in my opinion.

Can't tell from the renders, but it looks like the space between the glazing at each level could be either stone or metal cladding. Either way, the renders don't show the glazing running full height.
