I view this project as one that looks better in reality than a render. A rare outcome and one that should be more common!

^ speaking of the Grenfell Centre, have they re pained/retreated it or something. It honestly looks close to brand new from the outside condition wise.

Perhaps the rain has washed all the dust off.

Just like Grenfell Tower, this is one of those buildings that isn’t wow but will age well I think.

The more I see it, the more I like it. Looking really elegant with today's overcast conditions. The facade has reached full height on the rear, and glazing brackets are covering the core.

I think the crane will come down soon. Its essentially externally complete now.

I am not sure who designed this building but the top looks hideous. It looks like something is missing.

That’s because there was in that last pic. The glass has since gone up.

Wait, you looked at that photo and couldn't figure out that the building is still under construction?

It’s not bad and looks pretty decent in person but again, I lament the missed opportunity of what could have been.

I don't see how this is a missed opportunity when it has turned out better than half of the buildings that are going up in Adelaide at the moment.
