Just went into the GPO and asked when they are closing - end of next week I was told. If anyone wants photos of the inside, best go in now and take some. Just ask the staff first

Its a garbage exterior design, lacks any inspiration and creativity. For any location, but its so much worse considering the prominent location its in.

Which is pretty much what most of the criticism was about. Oh and probably its height.

What was the award based on?
If you tell me its exterior design then we know 100% the industry is corrupt and that such awards can not be taken seriously.

I like it. Sort of reminds me of the mid century internationalist style which imo has held up the best of almost all the 20th century architectural styles.

Is the award for the little building to the right of the tower.

Unless redevelopment means building a new tower ?
