Quick shot from the regular street side. There were lots of workers about and I felt a bit weird if I stopped too long to take a picture, so sorry about the quality.

It's the effort that counts. I also feel a bit self-conscious about workers and more so random pedestrians judging me when taking photos of buildings.

Looking forward to this one. It has a high quality design and will make a large impact in such a (currently) flat part of the city, until Two Adelaide/Flinders/whatever it's called hopefully goes up next to it.

Sounds like some pretty big changes. Disappointing about the removal of 5 levels of second stage. That would make it smaller than stage 1, the removal of the basement carpark would mean construction should speed up though.

Im thinking the heights would be

Stage 2 20 Levels 62m

I think we can point this down to the fact that there simply isn't the high enough demand, perhaps why this has taken so long to begin in the first place.

Yes there is one basement level and now (4/12/17) they are staring on the piling for the actual building - the previous piling was for the basement side walls.
