Have you noticed that the renders deceptively don't show the second taller tower 2 to the right. According to the sales team, this tower will be erected around the same time as the tower 1. And it will also block the view to the hills that these renders seem to offer. Having said that, I do really like the building's ascetics.

Yeah, I did notice that. Perhaps the towers could switch places since this one is shorter?

I agree that it's quite unfortunate and a bit misleading but at least it prevents the building from having an ugly blank eastern wall, which seems to be a recurring issue with many new developments.

That probably contributes to this building's high quality design, which is a great thing because these buildings will be so prominent in that area.

The photos look incredible, it seems like the renders are to good to be true! But fingers crossed

Is tower 2 (the taller tower) still apart of this development? The renders I've seen recently only show tower 1.

Has anyone heard how sales are going on this one?
Based on what I can see on realestate.com, their pricing seems way higher than anything else around. Small living areas and asking around $9K-$11K/sqm. Most projects in Adelaide seem to struggle to get $7K-$8K/sqm so I'd be interested to know who is buying them, if at all.

There was hoarding going up today and people clearing out the building to be demolished. Not sure if it's in preparation for demolition.

Hows the sales going for this one? When it launched it was the lone project out East, but now with those two on Pirie + one coming on Hutt there may be abit of competition coming its way. Nothing wrong with that though!
