The side blank walls suck but I don't hate the frontage.
It blands in with re rest of North Terrace. Yes I would have liked a better design but it isn't offensive either.

I'm more than impressed at how quickly this one got built. But. Does this building help to modernise the Adelaide CBD skyline?....... A big no. Does it fit in with the North Terrace vibe? ....A big yes. In summary, i'm sitting on the fence with this brown concrete block

It is, what it is. Probably the best of the high rise student accommodation buildings to date. Good height, to further North Terrace as a boulevard of mid range height and density.

It's inoffensive, but looks like its been there for the last 40 years or so.

Yeah I agree. It's not awful and blends in. Anymore though and I'd start to feel sick. Our cbd is better than cheap student accom.
I'm hoping the one that goes up next to the Adelaidians is much better.

Pretty much all of the coloured window shrouds are now installed. This building has turned out really well, much better than the render first showed. Apologies, didn't get a chance to take a photo as I was driving

I don't hate it. Fits into Nth Terrace well. Could have been a more exciting design but I'll take it.

It will eventually be dwarfed by Realm Adelaide, so I'm not overly disappointed.
