Found a good vantage point at the top of my street. Dwell can also be seen from here, and will become more visible as it continues rising over the next few months. (30/8/2017)

The clean finish on this needs to be applied to the two student accoms on Waymouth and Rundle St. Lifts the finish immeasurably.

Crane is coming down this weekend. The council has issued a road closure notice for North Tce from 10pm Friday 20th October until 6am Monday 23rd October between Pulteney Street and Austin Street.

Must admit, have not followed this one at all. Not sure how the reaction is over there, and I haven't been to Adelaide CBD since a visit last year, however this facade is a real tragedy for North Terrace. Even the tall skinny student building nearby with the little balconys looks 100% on this eyesore. More care should surely be demanded on North Terrace of any of Adelaides streets.
