Correct. I registered for this project several months ago, and although I am now no longer in the market for an apartment, I have received a few phone calls and emails from them. The most recent correspondence

I walked past today and noticed that all of the advertising has been removed from the windows.

Hope there's nothing negative inherent in that. This is my
my favourite at the moment. Will really give KWS sth a connection with the actual CBD and give a bigger continuous connection between the nth and sth. VERY nice sleek design.

Would be interesting to see what kind of apartment sales/office sales/lease theyve had insofar. Alot of other developments in both categories are around at the moment so its likely that some of these proposals will fail. For the sake of the southern CBD i hope this eventuates as it would be a cracker of a tower and will continue to help bridge the gap between the southern cluster & the remainder.

What about the sales office on the next block? If that's still there, then that could actually be a good sign as in removing the ad material before starting demolition...

Yes still there, model of towers and all.

Yep, this one is still my favourite proposal too. As far as I knew, they were confident of commencing work on one of the towers sometime this year. I hope so.

Wasn't the north tower almost certainly going ahead as the developer has the pent house suite? Sales I read were strong for stage one. I hope stage two will commence shortly. I agree that it will be a great development. One I hope will cancel out the blank wall of Kodo.

Kodo isn't anywhere near this development. The blank wall abuts the Law Courts. It's there, for at least the next fifty years.

And that very prospect makes me dislike this project even more. We are stuck with a blank wall in one of our most prominent and defining locations. Here's hoping they do something with it.

It will taken an adjoining development on the site next door to sort that. Could be waiting quite a few years for that to happen!
