Yet I think this could be interesting, provided the materials are good, whereas the Trims site I find bland glass towers. Unless it's repeated 20 times, it's not a commie block.

It's interesting how we react differently to the same things.

Like Nathan, I like this project architecturally and think it has great potential so long as it's well constructed. Whereas a project like that on the Trims site I find monolithic and lazy. That's not to say I oppose it, but I don't think it deserves any lauding for design. It reminds me of Conservatory on Hindmarsh, which received much praise on these pages but that I still see today as a compromised building that hasn't aged well.

I think we all agree about Kodo though.

Here is a picture from 22 sept . There is a piling rig, a mobile crane, an excavator and several other earthworks machines on site. Note this is a James Hindmarsh project as per sign on the fence.

A Non Favco type of crane base is located towards the rear of the site, near the south western corner (away from Street frontage), near the pencil pine tree.
