The podium is terrible. Reminds me of LC House.

I'm not exactly ecstatic about this one either. Nothing particularly nice about the podium, and the tower looks like another variation of Adelaide Residential Tower Type B.

Ad in paper last Saturday stated "52 sold". Not sure how many in total, but still a way to go you'd think.

I think it has 150, so 33% sold.

Excellent, good to know they have sold enough of the apartments to go ahead. This will ensure that more people will be in the East End and the skyline continues to expand in all directions.

What on EARTH is with that render? Look at the skyline. Some of those cut and pasted buildings are like the leaning tower of Pisa. It looks like it's sitting on Currie st near West Terrace then City Central is flung out to the north. And at some point light's plan has been thrown out and the CBD streets just rotated 45 degrees. lol

It's not that bad. It's just been flipped horizontally by some layout guy.

I like this as well. Good skyline/density filler.
I hope the glass isn't a blue/green and paint such a stark white, as seen in the original renders.

Great to see another one start.

Another one starting and it's moving quickly. I'm half ready to believe the state's economy is based on construction sign sales
