Watching this building go up.....is like watching paint drying...

Has the builder adpoted the go slowly approach? Hire 10 men to work on it for 3 years instead of 20 men to build it in 12 months?

It is pretty damn slow progress - not sure why because so far it has been pretty simple

4 levels in 6 months is absolute snail pace. This building has multiply transfer and steps throughout the carpark levels to accommodate the car stackers, I would expect them to speed up now that they're on the apartment levels. That being said, Hindmarsh have really let themselves down with the site setup on this one. While I appreciate it’s a tight site, the loading bay arrangement is poorly planned, they really should've tried to take up more space on Pirie street to provide efficient truck access. Bubble deck, precast, reo and steel deliveries are going to be a continual challenge for them.

This has got to be one of the slowest builds of any building in recent construction history in Adelaide. Absolutely glacial. Actually, 250 East takes that title, but this is 2nd.

Maybe the promo meant the builders are moving in Q3 2019
