Also could be a proposal for the Aurora on Pirie western site. I recall someone on here mentioning there was something in the pipline for this site.

Could it be 73-79 Pirie Street? Now that's a perfect site for anything over the 103m mark. Would love this to be our first 40 level building around 150~160m. That won't happen though.

So this is opposite the Tivoli. 25 levels. This is huge for that area. Will really be changed in a few years. Also the architect is the same as Art, Zen etc - Loucas Zahos.

Will be both office and residential.

The add for the site says height limit of 28m will be interesting to see what happens here.
