Weird the crane base went in on 23rd March and here we are 3rd May and still no crane.

Likely they are going to flip the crane from Dwell (assuming its suitable) as its the same developer and the Dwell crane would be due to be coming down any day now surely?

Not sure if colour is any indication of size or type but the base is white at the Adelaidean.

Foundations are being dug .picture shows tops of 4 piles to be incorporated into the footing pad. 4/5/2018. The orange plastic sheeting is a water proof membrane.

Crane tower as at 6/5/2018. It should be completed some time this week.

no point guessing until both developments are out of the ground and we know what schedule each is on for core/floor rises at the very least.
