Our tallest is getting taller - even if its just 1 metre i'm happy.
Description of Proposed Development: variation to Frome Street building comprising increased height, increased number of apartments and changes to internal layouts including ground floor layout
Detailed Land Uses:Residential - Residential Flat Building

They were certainly busy yesterday and last night, preparing the sales office in the old Eckersley's building.

An increase in apartment numbers is a good sign, shows the developers are willing to put their $ where their mouth is by committing to more. Such a great buzz around this and Realm being both of a similar height, nature and in close proximity. Would be so great to see them in a race to the completion finish line!!

The existing student building in Synagogue place has about 25 levels in those pics. I am sure it only has
around 16 levels. Ridiculous.

I think that was already mentioned by someone on one of the earlier pages. The student housing also has got a name "dwell Adelaide" and has just been sold to Centurion Corporation (for 3.5Mio and a total development budget of 45.5Mio). Supposedly finished by fourth quarter 2018.

Plus, I think it's already been covered that Dominator1 is likely an internal project/concept name rather than a proposed name for a building.
