I noticed this morning that both Realm and Crowne Plaza will also be prominent and visible from Grenfell Street as well. I hadn't realised how many positions Realm would be visible from. With both of these on either side, it also goes a fair way to mitigating the blot that is Dwell. Neither of them obscures the building, however it appears that it will seem far less imposing when surrounded by larger buildings.
Yeah I get a good gander at both of them from my O Bahn bus every morning. You get an eyeful of Adelaidean from the tunnel exit on Hackney Rd too, but it's not easy to take photos.

This makes a nice impact as you come into the city via North Terrace. Impact will be greater once it’s complete.

First core rise in a while occurred today. They must have needed a transfer slab for the transition from hotel to apartment floors.

Because both are visible in the photo therefore relevant to readers of either thread. Not all people are going to read all threads. Admittedly that one doesn't really seem to show the Adelaidean prominently but I have done the same thing where two sites are visible in juxtaposition.
