Some more specific information. Could be an extra metre or so?
VARIATION - extend footprint of level 10 to accommodate a restaurant, alter layout of the penthouse levels to accommodate two penthouse apartments on level 35 and alter the overall height of the building for lift servicing requirements

From Belair road, Westpac and Frome look identical in height. There's quite a gap to Realm, so I'm presuming there's more structural height to be added on top of the core.
