Yes that's an extension of the existing car park that sits behind this and will have an entrance under the building. Maybe not supposed to be glass glazing but something else. Maybe their supplier for car park coverings went broke and they have a band-aid wire mesh temp solution
Considering Samaras purchased the neighbouring laneway, I'm surprised that he didn't try and shift the carpark entry into said laneway.
