You would have to assume that there'll be some kind of facade treatment, painting or something. The colour variation isn't existent, and looking at the approved DA, nothing like what was approved.

As usual, rather than jumping at shadows, let's wait until we see the final product before we get too critical.

It looks like the hotel in North Korea at the moment. Need to at least wait for glass in those windows.

Looked almost pink in the initial render. Probably will be pink...... for 5 minutes at sunset

I too took all the same pictures as Norman.(1) A detailed picture of the Awning type window opens outwards from the bottom. (2) the service core is now visible from the corner of From Rd & North Tce

From today. Noticed that this has a bit of prominence from North Terrace now, so ducked into Adelaide Uni's Napier Plaza to get a good angle. Not particularly pretty, but hey, it matches its neighbour.

Nice shot. Both of these buildings will be blocked out by the Uni of Adelaide tower so no worries.
