Stage 1 is demolition so that should have occurred or about to occur. This is for piling etc.

This site abutts the Wright Street Hotel site so if/when they are built they'll be a force of two.

Not too sure what you mean there. What Morphett Street Hotel site? This is no where near Morphett Street.

I walked past just now and couldn't see any evidence of piling. Is this the development you meant Ben?
