Agreed. I like it too, very tidy looking development.Dvious wrote:For some reason i really like it!
There are several of these smaller ones popping up around the city, that get going without much fuss. Good signs.

Both sad little plots perfect for development so here's hoping the proposals are good. The difference in cost is interesting given they're both 7 levels (and the cheaper of the two has basement parking). Will wrote:An application has been lodged with the ACC to demolish the existing building on site and construct a 7 level residential building with a rooftop garden at 252 South Terrace.

At first I thought the design was a bit 'blocky' and so-so but having looked through the floor plans, I'm sold! The residents of these 360 sqm apartments are going to be very happy campers . There are just 2 apartments per floor, one north the other south. 3 beds, plus study, media room, wine room 3 terraces and so-on. Beautifully designed . Well done to that team!!Ben wrote:Some renders of an 8 level 35m apartment project on East Terrace. Developers are keen to start asap on this one.

Update for Surflen St. Street side up to level 3 rear side up to level 5? The newest precast panel on the northern end has a precast brick pattern. This is a really difficult site to photograph.
