I see today there is a for sale sign on the front window of the South 60 development. From what I can gather, the whole building is for sale.

Interesting as its only just been completed and well over a year past it's original completion date.

Thanks Stryker a nice find.
Welcome to Sensational Adelaide.

I t is interesting to note that the red brick walls are not actually brick but a form of ceramic tile that just clips onto the wall .
See a couple of pages back.

Another Forme Projex building I see, they really seem to fly under the radar and continue to build at a pretty fast pace in the city. Plenty of them in the southern half of the CBD.

I know some people aren't impressed with their build style but I don't have a problem with them. The interiors, most importantly, usually seem to be fitted out nicely.

Is that the one you posted a picture of a crane going up in January, and they still aren't any higher than a crane on the back of a truck could lift?

The rumour I have heard is the owner/builder hasn't the construction finance approved for the development but is using his own money to [slowly] commence construction while continuing to try make sales and organise finance.
