Update 4/7/18 - New CBC school building 212 Wakefield St

11/7/2018 -Update for 12 Tapley St (off Gilbert St), precast wall panels for second level were being craned in today.

A Mossop project: 3 townhouses 212-218 and some other 3 story steel structure at 210 Gilbert St, (corner of Logan St). The steel building extends out the back of the townhouses.

The St. Marys development from Tuesday.

17/7/2018 -Update for 12 Tapley St (off Gilbert St), more work on level 2.

A 4 storey private dwelling facing south in the north - west corner of Halifax and Corryton Sts. up for approval
Could set a precedent for this controversial area of the city .

There is a development occurring on Gilbert Street right opposite the Gilbert Street Hotel. Student accommodation for indigenous students I believe.

Hey guys. Really sorry if this is covered somewhere else in the forum but I had a hunt and I can't seem to find it. Does anyone know what's going on the site of the Whitmore hotel? The back half of the building has been demolished but the original pub remains in tact. Photos to follow.
