There's more to be developed in the area, I was in a hurry so that's all I got. The sign does have more info though.

The Charles Sturt Industrial Estate has been up and running for a while now. The corner lot, where the Bunnings are currently bring constructed were a new addition to it.

Not sure which company is utilising the existing industrial estate though.

One at Parafield is around the same size and even has the lattice triangle in the middle. Here's a shot I got of it last year from Parafield Gardens railway station. It is pretty damn big.

To me this one looks smaller than most Bunnings warehouse stores.

I think so, but I have no data whatsoever to back that up, other than Mile End seems much bigger.

Some (Most?) of the retirement villages being built these days are just awful - that new Ashbrook hovel just off Anzac Highway, for example, is quite horrid.
