Crawf they are talking officially. The other 5 star hotels in Adelaide are self rated which means nothing. If they were able to officially recieve 5 stars they would but most need significant renovations to achieve that status.

Who cares about stars anymore? Everyone knows it's a completely inconsistent form of rating. Sites like TripAdvisor are what really matter nowadays.
