Sam's Warehouse Modbury Store (new aldi store?)

Hey guys been here off and on, just came on here to find out some info on the TTP upgrade, thought I would start me own thread.

So basically has some may or may not know that Sam's Warehouse Modbury Store has gone and there is currently getting a new Color scheme on it and the inside is also being done, just wondering if anyone knows if the new ALDi stores might be going there, read somewhere they are trying to expand in Adelaide.

Wouldn't the old Sam's Warehouse site be too big for an Aldi. Usually Aldi's are quite small stores.

Yeah it's a huge store, Aldi stores are about 850 sqm - the old Dick Smith (http://www.realcommercial.com.au/proper ... ry-5817415) is a better choice for an Aldi - it's only 440 sqm (ground floor) but could be totally redeveloped, or (http://www.realcommercial.com.au/proper ... -500722091) old furniture store, seems like a better choice
The old Sams warehouse would make a good Dan Murphy's.

I'm pretty sure the old Dick Smith site at modbury will become a First Choice liquor site soon. Slightly off topic.....

Aldi have their own building design so I'm pretty sure all their stores will be new builds.

The old Sams warehouse would make a good Dan Murphy's.

To date, I'm predicting that Westpac (in the former Sizzler building) would relocate to where Dick Smith or Lounge Around was. And then the Sizzler building would become a new fast food outlet (Salsa's, Oporto, etc).
