I drove past today early in the afternoon and there were a few workers onsite. Fair to say that it's going pretty slowly
though.

There has been barely anyone on site for the past two weeks or so. The most I have seen at any one time has been 3/4, and that's been the exception rather than the rule..

I would have thought that things would be happening a lot quicker than they have been

I can confirm that the Development has been STOPPED.

The BUILDER in question is - BARBARO BUILDERS PTY LTD - Director is FRANCESCO BARBARO also known as FRANK BARBARO.

BOTH Frank and Barbaro Builders Pty Ltd are NOT licenced to build any Development that is Commercial.

He is also granted a licence as a Supervisor for Residential Properties and the big kicker not exceeding FOUR storey.

At the moment it's only 2 stories tall so what's the issue?
