Construction Start Announcement

Palumbo is proud to announce that construction of East Park Kent Town will commence on November 30th. This is consistent with our original target and expected completion is in the first half of 2017.

For those that have been waiting on this announcement before making a commitment, there are still some great choices available but you will not want to leave it much longer.

Stamp duty concessions of up to $15,500 are available for contracts signed up until the start of construction, after which time the amount of the concession will reduce as construction progresses.

Our onsite display centre will remain open until construction commences. The display centre with life-size display apartment is open 7 days, 10am-4pm and presents a great opportunity to find out all the information you need regarding floor plans, prices & availability, scheme selections and a 3D model.

72% sold according to latest marketing email
A new wave of interest has been generated since announcing that construction will be commencing in November, some of which has come from people who have been quietly following the progress of the project but now know they need to act to avoid missing out.

The success of East Park Kent Town has been a result of an innovative design that takes advantage of the first class location on the edge of the city and has broadly appealed to primarily owner occupiers.

Whilst over 72% of the apartments are now sold, there is still some good choice of 1br, 2br & 3br options at off-the-plan prices and with full stamp duty concessions of up to $15,500 until construction starts.
For a selection of the remaining apartments, click here to visit our property listings.

Our onsite display centre will remain open until construction commences. The display centre with life-size display apartment provides the chance to walk through an actual apartment and get an appreciation for the exceptional quality of the fitout. Open 7 days, 10am-4pm, it also presents a great opportunity to find out all the information you need regarding floor plans, prices & availability, scheme selections and a 3D model.

I look forward to hearing from you soon.
Sam

The sales centre has been demolished and the whole site cleared. Piling is now underway. This one should rise quickly.

They have been telling buyers early 2017, but could it be a case of underpromise, overdeliver?

With the standard of equipment being used on site at the moment, makes me wonder what kind of cheapskates are running this operation.

So does your theory apply to the same equipment being used on Bohem apartments?

Pretty sure its piling equipment. I think of the kind that completes the basement walls prior to excavation if that makes any sense. This is just from my observation. Not fact.
