Developments worth $120 million bypass Norwood, Payneham & St Peters Council under new State Government planning rules.
THE State Government has stripped an eastern council of planning control for more than $120 million worth of developments, just months after introducing new reforms.
The government’s Development Assessment Commission will rule on three projects in the Norwood Payneham & St Peters Council in coming months.
