Verde 60-62 King william st Kent town

This project is to construct 47 new apartments and 7 two story townhouses.
Note there is a separate project at 64 king William St of at least 4 stories also under construction. Can any one check this project for more details?
The blank precast walls at the rear of the site are the town houses.All pictures taken 30 April.
1 General Verde site. 2 Verde crane base in middle of site. 3 The project at no 64.

(60 -62) . A lot of 2 and 3 story precast panels have been stalled since my last pictures. The lift tower is on the western side of the site. The blank panels behind the crane are 7x two story townhouses that face onto the rear lane ( Little Rundle St).
The other building at 64 King William St is also progressing, (pictures 1 and 2).

judging by the lift tower, Verde (60-62) will be at least 5 stories tall. Picture Sunday 29 May 16.
The other building at no 64 is currently at level 3.

some pictures from 19 June. work is staring on level 4 for the building at 64 King William St and at Verde (62 king William St) some steel work has been added fronting the St and a lot more precast panels have been erected.

This render of Verde appeared in the Eastern Courier Messenger (Wed 22 June ) in the real estate section. Nice render but it completely ignores the equally tall building being built next door ( left hand side of picture).

An up date from Saturday 3 Dec 2016 of Verde (62 King William ST) and the other project next door at 64 King William ST. The Verde building has compressed timber wall panels on 3 upper levels. Work at 64 (next door) is on level 5 which is set back from Street and completing the front north west corner, which was left uncompleted to allow access during the initial construction.
