The development includes a 4 and 5 storey apartment building containing 46 apartments, named Kelso Apartments.
15% of the apartments will affordable housing.
The development has been sent to the DAC, but the Adelaide Hills council has concerns with the development regarding design and stormwater management and is asking the decision to be deferred pending more information.
As far as I understand, the DAC will defer this until further information is provided.
