About Seaford Homemaker Centre, 11 Seaford Road
Renting Australia has been appointed with instructions to call for the leasing of this centre. This space will service all immediate southern suburbs, from Reynella through to Victor Harbor. Ideally suited for businesses who perform large format retail.
This is the only major homemaker centre in South Australia, with leaseable space in excess of 30,000 sqm, with one third of this premium offering already committed.

Some buildings appear to already be completed on the corner opposite Bunning but I thought it was going to be the smallest homemaker centre around. Didn't realise the plans extended this far. Will be great for the area.
