From City of Burnside web site:
"Variation to DA 180/M007/15 V1 for demolition of existing building, construction of six level mixed use building comprising offices, retail and residential uses; basement and ground level car parking, removal of a significant tree, landscaping and associated site works. Variation: to remove demolition from the existing approval"

Yes badge is the builder. The basement is being dug out as at 2/9/2018.

Staring to form up the ground floor, starting at Fullarton road (parklands ) end . The small lift core Faces onto Swaine Ave (the side St).
