It sure is.

On Cavan Road in Dry Creek there's a bunch of beams in storage.

There is a lot of activity going on at the moment, all the way through to East St. They're really pulling out all stops to get as much as possible done over the long weekend.

A couple of pictures from Saturday 15 /4/2017.(1) on War Memorial Drive there were 2 piling rigs, 2 mobile cranes and at least 3 excavators. (2) near Drayton St Bowden reinforcement cages for piles stacked up waiting to be trucked to work site. The Bowden station is the brownish building mid centre towards right side of picture.
Park Tce was reduced to one lane each way using the western (Bowden) side of the road only.

The following has further detail on the bridge structures being built over the above period.

If they build half the bridge for Park Terrace over the 4 days of the Easter weekend and have it open to traffic tomorrow, it will be quiet an achievement.

A major part of the preparatory work over the past few weeks has been the sinking of the reinforced concrete piles with two parallel rows on the north side of the rail crossing and one to the south side. On Saturday and Sunday bearer beams were installed on the outer north and the south piles. Yesterday the bridge deck was constructed by laying concrete beams on the bearers. By teatime today sand had been laid atop the bridge deck to receive the track formation and bitumen to restore the eastern half of the level crossing. From the DPTI animation it appears that the inner set of piles will form the foundation of the retaining wall for the cycle/walkway underpass on the north side of the lowered railway. These piles which are visible in Stephen Mullighan's photo were cut down to allow the bridge deck to be installed.

The track has been removed through the present Bowden station to allow piling for the retaining wall for the trench adjacent to the face of the Port bound platform. Piling for the Gibson St bridge is also under way.

So will the concrete walls be poured in-situ & then the tunnel/soil dug out or will the tunnel/soil be dug out first and then precast walls erected?

Late morning today traffic was switched to the eastern half of the Park Tce Level Crossing and work started on the western side.

At Torrens Junction piling has been completed for the time being and the Gawler rail track was being reinstated this afternoon.

Traffic chaos to ease at Bowden.
After months of disruption at a major western intersection, peak hour commuters will have a temporary reprieve from the traffic chaos.

All I get is the same text, 1 second of video then a blank screen saying sponsor message 0:00/0:00.

What a waste of time.

That link works perfect.

The first link works on my Windows desktop with Firefox(and I am sure everything else), but fails with Chrome on Android 7.1.1.
The video starts to play correctly then appears to try to load an advert and fails. Firefox on Desktop has an adblocker so no advert is attempted.
My Android device runs no ad blockers. It would if Xposed for Nougat existed ;)

Pictures from 24/4/17. As reported in tonight's TV news the rail tracks have been replaced and trains are running again. Yesterday most lanes on Park Tce were open for use. The only sign of the bridge decking is on the park land side by the pedestrian path. Where the port line crosses the freight line by Memorial drive one can just make out the line of the piers shown by the half loops of reinforcement between the tracks.
Also a large concrete sludge tank is being installed as part of a drainage project in the parklands close to the train bridge over the river Torrens.
