Roof of the existing building has been completely removed now. Only the front brick façade (which is staying) remains.

From previous pictures I thought they were trying to restore some of the back section, now they appear to be demolishing it ??? picture taken 24 july.

Flash new sign (quite large) attached to the front of this site today (attached to the brick frontage). Apologies for lack of pics.

I noticed a couple of guys working at the front today as well. Must be getting frustrating for
the people who bought apartments, they've been waiting a long time. A new advertising sign at the
front indicates to me that they still need more sales before starting construction.

Wrap-around fence banner added today, as well as small signs saying that it is a construction site and who to contact before entering the site etc.

Signage at front shows Hindmarsh Construction as contactor. This could be hopeful.

Hindmarsh were appointed as the builder more then 12 months ago.

I think you would be pretty p*ssed off buying off the plan with the assumption there is a pool only for it to be deleted last minute. Wonder if they will lose sales. I would be looking elsewhere anyways as this has been a dogs breakfast from day one.

Surely the ones already sold would get compensated somehow? If it was to devalue their property, I'm sure the developer couldn't just "delete" assets of the building at will after a sale.
