Sweet! Always liked the idea of a taller Hindley St. The UniSA building at the other end proves that low-mid height leveled buildings word well.

That's the normal West End view really. Hopefully this plus the new Accor hotel will contribute to fixing that.

This is a picture I took last weekend showing the start of actual piling for the new building. up until now the piling was to sure up the surrounding buildings. I will try to get a picture this weekend.

I think it was too windy to finish today. On a side note I could see 10 cranes from Adelaide oval. Makes you feel like there is a lot of development right now.

I didn't realise you will be able to see this from the riverbank.

Eventually though, this will be blocked out by the Adelaide Casino expansion.
