It's going to be a hotel now instead of apartments..

Vary previous authorisation to develop the site with a mixed use development within two buildings connected with an aerial bridge together with a landscaped plaza and basement car parking - VARIATION – change the use from apartments to hotel - Tower 1 - increase height by one (1) storey. Tower 2 - reduce height by five (5) storeys and delete basement carpark

Yes Ben the crane is gaining height today. Picture shows one section on the loading bay directly under the cab waiting for the tower to be jacked up and another on the end of the line waiting and a third section still on the ground.
