I really like the glass of this development. It's a shame that some people wake up to a view of the Waymouth Rotten Cheese Building as their view.

It has been around for like 2 months and it's already looking aged

They obviously need to hurry up and paint it bright yellow.

With this nearing completion, I wonder how long before we see plans for Stage 2. This is supposed to be the remaining Franklin Street lots (with stage 3 the vacant lot on Elizabeth Street), with I think two towers and refurbishment of the old Balfours facade.

I hope they manage to lease a supermarket on the ground tenancy of Stage 1 - the area is a little underserved, even despite the Central Market being so near.

Haven't commented on this project yet, but what a fantastic development for this part of the CBD. I wondered for quite some time after they completed phase 1 (the french fry building), when they would get started on the second phase, and finally, they're almost finished.
The buildings may be a tad on the "seen that before" spectrum, but together as a group they look fantastic - loving the "V" shaped supports, and the spiced up brick wall facade.
