[COM] 202 Tynte Street (Channel 9 Site) | ?m | 6 Levels | Hotel
[COM] Re: 202 Tynte Street (Channel 9 Site) | ?m | 6 Levels | Hotel
Is this the first major new building development in North Adelaide for about 30 years?

Tynte Street was totally resurfaced with new asphalt between O'Connell St and Wellington Square just over a week ago, I was there a couple of hours ago and the new street surface has been dug up to put new services in for this development.
I would have thought better communication between ACC works depot & the developer could have avoided this, after all the resurfacing could have been done at a later date.

If it’s SA water I doubt there is anything the developer or ACC can do. My experience is you just join the queue and their contractors do it when your job is next in line. Which is a shame if it could have been done before. Doubt any of the parties even communicate with each other (until it’s too late).

So the developer is from the Majestic hotel group, does anyone know if it will be branded as that or what it might be named?

From the Majestic website:
Owner of Majestic Hotels John Culshaw and our long term partner Commonwealth Bank, at the construction site for the new M Suites project.
The car park hole is almost completely dug. Very exciting times for our group!
Located on the corner of Wellington Square and Tynte Street, North Adelaide Opening late April 2020.

Some views from 10/8/2019 (1) from Mansfield St ( side street) (2) from Tynte St . the outer face of the precast panels is a creamy beige colour (blends in with the Render on many nearby buildings).

As a guess I would say somewhere around 20-23 m. it depends largely on the round floor ceiling ht
